Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs oil
  • 1 med yellow onion, slivered
  • 1 lg green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2-3 clove Garlic
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded & minced
  • 1 jalepeno, seeded & minced
  • 1 14-oz can Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 8-oz can tomato puree
  • 1 6-oz can tomato paste
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 lb frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil or parsley

Steps

1) Saute vegetables 5-6 min 2) Stir in tomatoes and spices 3) Simmer 15-20 minutes 4) Boil ravioli 9-11 minutes
