Ingredients
- 1 Tbs oil
- 1 med yellow onion, slivered
- 1 lg green bell pepper, chopped
- 2-3 clove Garlic
- 1 yellow pepper, seeded & minced
- 1 jalepeno, seeded & minced
- 1 14-oz can Tomatoes, diced
- 1 8-oz can tomato puree
- 1 6-oz can tomato paste
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1 lb frozen cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup fresh basil or parsley
Steps
1) Saute vegetables 5-6 min
2) Stir in tomatoes and spices
3) Simmer 15-20 minutes
4) Boil ravioli 9-11 minutes
