Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup lentils
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup bulgur
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/3 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 c tahini
Steps
1) Simmer water and lentils 15 min.
2) Meanwhile, Fry onions until browned. Season w/ salt & pepper.
3) Add onions & bulgur to lentils.
4) Simmer 5 minutes.
5) Remove from heat for 15 minutes.
6) Mix right hand column sauce and mix with lentil mixture
