Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup bulgur
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/3 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/4 c tahini

Steps

1) Simmer water and lentils 15 min. 2) Meanwhile, Fry onions until browned. Season w/ salt & pepper. 3) Add onions & bulgur to lentils. 4) Simmer 5 minutes. 5) Remove from heat for 15 minutes. 6) Mix right hand column sauce and mix with lentil mixture
