Ingredients

  • 1 lb stew beef
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbs Flour
  • 1/4 cup water

Steps

1) Brown beef 2) Add water, tomato, and spices 3) Cook at 250F for 6-8 hours, until meat breaks apart 4) Mix flour and water and add to beef 5) Cook on high until thickened 6) Serve over noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice
