Ingredients
- 1 lb stew beef
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbs Flour
- 1/4 cup water
Steps
1) Brown beef
2) Add water, tomato, and spices
3) Cook at 250F for 6-8 hours, until meat breaks apart
4) Mix flour and water and add to beef
5) Cook on high until thickened
6) Serve over noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice
