Ingredients

  • 2 cup skimmed milk
  • 10 oz potato, peeled & diced
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

1) Combine milk, potato, carrot, onion, garlic in saucepan 2) Simmer 10 minutes 3) Add spices and broccoli, and continue to cook 5-10 minutes more
