Ingredients
- 2 cup skimmed milk
- 10 oz potato, peeled & diced
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
1) Combine milk, potato, carrot, onion, garlic in saucepan
2) Simmer 10 minutes
3) Add spices and broccoli, and continue to cook 5-10 minutes more
