Ingredients
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 lb. boneless chuck, cubed
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 16-oz can tomatoes
- 1 med. potato, peeled & diced
- 4+ cup sliced carrots
- 1+ cup quartered mushrooms
- 1+ cup green beans or peas
- 1 chopped onion
- 6 oz tomato paste
- thyme
Steps
1) Brown beef
2) Drain all but 2Tbs oil
3) Add garlic and saute
4) Add flour
5) Add beef broth and tomato
6) Add everything else
7) Bake 250F for 6 hours
