Ingredients
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cup cabbage, (1/4 head) chopped
- 1 lg onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 potato, peeled & cubed
- 1 Tbs parsley
- 1 6-oz can tomato paste
- 1 14-oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 10-1/2 oz can beef stock
- 2 cans water
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 10 oz pkg frozen peas
Steps
1) Cooking time: 11/2 hours
