Ingredients
- *1 clove Garlic
- *1 chopped onion
- *1 stalk celery, diced
- *1 chopped Carrot
- 2 Tbs whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup half-cooked brown rice
- 2 14-oz can diced tomatos
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 3 cup Milk
- 1 Tbs Butter
- 1 1/2 cup tomato juice
Steps
1) Saute * ingredients
2) Add flour
3) Add rice, tomatoes, spices and cook until rice is done (45 min)
4) Warm milk, butter, tomato juice
5) Add to cooked tomato/rice mixture
