Ingredients

  • *1 clove Garlic
  • *1 chopped onion
  • *1 stalk celery, diced
  • *1 chopped Carrot
  • 2 Tbs whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup half-cooked brown rice
  • 2 14-oz can diced tomatos
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 3 cup Milk
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup tomato juice

Steps

1) Saute * ingredients 2) Add flour 3) Add rice, tomatoes, spices and cook until rice is done (45 min) 4) Warm milk, butter, tomato juice 5) Add to cooked tomato/rice mixture
