Ingredients

  • 2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup sweet potato, peeled & diced
  • 3 cup celery, chopped
  • 3 cup stock
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Salt
  • cinnamon
  • Cayenne
  • bay leaf
  • 1 cup fresh tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 15-oz can garbanzo beans
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce

Steps

1) Saute onion, garlic, potato and celery 2) Add stock and seasonings (except soy sauce) 3) Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes 4) Add remaining ingredients 5) Simmer 10 minutes or so until veggies are done
