Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs tomatoes
  • 1 sm. stalk celery
  • 1 sm. Carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 sm. Green pepper
  • 3 whole cloves or 1/4 tsp ground
  • 2 Tbs Lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper

Steps

1) Peel tomatoes 2) Chop veggies 3) Put with 1/4 cup water in pot 4) Boil, then simmer 15 minutes 5) Puree in blender 6) Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper
