Ingredients
- 1 Tbs Butter
- 6 Green onions
- 2 Tbs white flour
- 2 cups chopped cook chicken breast
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 10-oz pkg frozen corn, thawed & divided
- 14 oz chicken broth
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar
Steps
1) Chop green onion tops & set aside
2) Slice while portion of green onions and saute in Dutch oven
3) Add flour, then chicken, salt & pepper, 10 oz corn & broth
4) Boil, then simmer 5 minutes
5) Combine remaining corn & milk in blender & process until smooth
6) Add milk mixture to pan & simmer 2 minutes more
7) Serve with sprinkled grated cheese
