Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • 6 Green onions
  • 2 Tbs white flour
  • 2 cups chopped cook chicken breast
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 10-oz pkg frozen corn, thawed & divided
  • 14 oz chicken broth
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar

Steps

1) Chop green onion tops & set aside 2) Slice while portion of green onions and saute in Dutch oven 3) Add flour, then chicken, salt & pepper, 10 oz corn & broth 4) Boil, then simmer 5 minutes 5) Combine remaining corn & milk in blender & process until smooth 6) Add milk mixture to pan & simmer 2 minutes more 7) Serve with sprinkled grated cheese
