Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw spinach
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
- 5 oz. chicken breast, pounded thin.
- Paprika
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tbs skim milk
- 1 Tbs breadcrumbs
Steps
1) Water-saute spinach, mushrooms, and onions
2) Sprinkle chicken with spices
3) Spread veggies over chicken and roll up to enclose filling
4) Sprinkle with milk and bread crumbs
5) Bake 15-20 minutes at 350F
