Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked chicken breast
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1 14-oz can diced tomatos
- 2 sweet red peppers, chopped
- 3/4 cup frozen peas
Steps
1) Saute onions and garlic in a little water
2) Add chicken, rice spices, and broth
3) Simmer 30 minutes
4) Add tomatoes, peppers, and peas
5) Simmer uncovered for another 15 minutes
