Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • 1 14-oz can diced tomatos
  • 2 sweet red peppers, chopped
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas

Steps

1) Saute onions and garlic in a little water 2) Add chicken, rice spices, and broth 3) Simmer 30 minutes 4) Add tomatoes, peppers, and peas 5) Simmer uncovered for another 15 minutes
