Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- pinch ground cloves
- 6 4-oz boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thirds
- 1/2 15-oz can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 cup mango chutney
- * rice
- *1/2 cup cashew nuts
- *1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Steps
1) Combine all ingredients except * ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours. Alternatively, cook on stove for 20 minutes
2) Serve over rice and top with cashews and cilantro.
