Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • pinch ground cloves
  • 6 4-oz boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 15-oz can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney
  • * rice
  • *1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • *1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Steps

1) Combine all ingredients except * ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours. Alternatively, cook on stove for 20 minutes 2) Serve over rice and top with cashews and cilantro.
