Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 11/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 9-10 oz. jar apricot preserves

Steps

1) Combine dry ingredients 2) Cut in butter until crumbly 3) Pat q of crumbs in 11x7 inch pan 4) Spread with preserves 5) Top with remaing crumbs and pat down 6) Bake 35 minutes at 375F 7) Cool
