Ingredients
- 11/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 11/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 9-10 oz. jar apricot preserves
Steps
1) Combine dry ingredients
2) Cut in butter until crumbly
3) Pat q of crumbs in 11x7 inch pan
4) Spread with preserves
5) Top with remaing crumbs and pat down
6) Bake 35 minutes at 375F
7) Cool
