Ingredients

  • 4 4-oz boneless lean pork chops
  • 1 Tbs lemon pepper
  • 2 Tbs Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs fresh parsley

Steps

1) Sprinkle pork with lemon pepper 2) Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink and juices run clear 3) Remove 4) Mix remaining ingredients, pour into pan, and heat through, stirring occasionally 5) Pour over the pork and sprinkle with parsley
