Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 15-oz can Pumpkin pure
- 11/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 3 cups white flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp Milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
1) Mix and pour into a 10" bunt pan (fluted tube pan) coated with cooking spray and dusted with flour
2) Bake 350F for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
3) Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan
4) Mix icing ingredients & drizzle over cake after completely cooled
