Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 15-oz can Pumpkin pure
  • 11/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 3 cups white flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp Milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

1) Mix and pour into a 10" bunt pan (fluted tube pan) coated with cooking spray and dusted with flour 2) Bake 350F for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean 3) Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan 4) Mix icing ingredients & drizzle over cake after completely cooled
