Ingredients
- 3 Tbs honey
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 Tbs brown mustard
- 1 Tbs fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 lb pork tenderloins, cut in 1" slices
Steps
1) Mix honey, oil, mustard, rosemary, vinegar, garlic, salt & pepper
2) Sautee pork 1 min each side or until browned
3) Put pork in 9x13" pan coated with cooking spray
4) Spoon honey mixture over meat
5) Bake uncovered at 350F for 10-12 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 160F
