Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (4 oz ea)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine or broth
  • 2 med apples, peeled & sliced
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 2 Tbs unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Steps

1) Brown pork chops in skillet 2) Put in 11x7' greased pan 3) Add wine to skillet and brown 4) Pour over chops 5) Cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes 6) Meanwhile, saute apples in butter 3-4 minutes 7) Add 1/2 cup apple juice and honey, cook 1-2 minutes 8) Spoon apples over chops, and bake uncovered 5-10 minutes 9) Combine 2 Tbs apple juice and cornstarch in skillet 10) Boil until thickened 11) Serve over chops
