Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbs grated lemon rind
  • 1 Tbs Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh minced ginger
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lb cubed boneless lamb
  • 2 Tbs fresh mint
  • Lemon wedges

Steps

1) Combine all except mint and lemon in ziplock 2) Marinade 3 hours or over night 3) Thread lamb onto skewers and grill 4) Serve, sprinkles with mint and topped with lemon
