Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 Tbs grated lemon rind
- 1 Tbs Lemon juice
- 2 tsp fresh minced ginger
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb cubed boneless lamb
- 2 Tbs fresh mint
- Lemon wedges
Steps
1) Combine all except mint and lemon in ziplock
2) Marinade 3 hours or over night
3) Thread lamb onto skewers and grill
4) Serve, sprinkles with mint and topped with lemon
