Ingredients

  • 3 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Tbs minced onion
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ***
  • 1 lb boneless lamb, in 11/2 " cubes
  • Chopped vegetables:
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 green Pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion

Steps

1) Mix first column ingredients 2) Divide into 2 ziplock bags 3) Add meat to one and veggies to the other, and marinade 4) Fill skewers, alternating meat and veggies 5) Grill 10-12 minutes
