Ingredients
- 3 cup Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Tbs minced onion
- 1 tsp parsley
- ***
- 1 lb boneless lamb, in 11/2 " cubes
- Chopped vegetables:
- 1 medium Zucchini
- 1 green Pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
Steps
1) Mix first column ingredients
2) Divide into 2 ziplock bags
3) Add meat to one and veggies to the other, and marinade
4) Fill skewers, alternating meat and veggies
5) Grill 10-12 minutes
