Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbs brown mustard
- 2 Tbs Lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 lb. salmon fillet
- 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
- Cooking spray
- (optional) crutons
- (optional bits) bacon bits
Steps
1) Spoon yogurt over paper towels and let stand 5 minutes
2) Blend yogurt, cheese, mustard, lemon, salt & pepper, Worcestershire and garlic in blender or food processor
3) Cover salmon with salt & pepper, grill
4) Break into pieces
5) Place lettuce in large bowl
6) Coat with yogurt mix
7) Top with salmon
