Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs brown mustard
  • 2 Tbs Lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • Cooking spray
  • (optional) crutons
  • (optional bits) bacon bits

Steps

1) Spoon yogurt over paper towels and let stand 5 minutes 2) Blend yogurt, cheese, mustard, lemon, salt & pepper, Worcestershire and garlic in blender or food processor 3) Cover salmon with salt & pepper, grill 4) Break into pieces 5) Place lettuce in large bowl 6) Coat with yogurt mix 7) Top with salmon
