Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon cake mix
  • 3 cup Lemon yogurt
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 2 pkg sugar free lemon jello mix
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 pkg fat/sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 oz light or fat free Cool Whip
  • 1 lemon

Steps

1) Beat cake mix, yogurt, egg substitute and cold water for 2 minutes 2) Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan 3) Bake 35-40 minutes at 350F 4) Poke holes all over the top of the cake with fork 5) Mix 1 pkg jello according to directions 6) Pour over the top of the cake 7) Chill 8) For Icing, Pour remaining pkg 9) jello mix over milk and stir 10) Stir in pudding mix and beat on low until dissolved and smooth 11) Fold in mixed topping 12) Spread on cake 13) Cut lemon in half lengthwise and slice thin for garnish on each slice 14) Chill cake in refrigerator until ready to use
