Ingredients

  • 1 12-oz can Artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonaise
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesean cheese (divided)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Steps

1) Mix all but 1/4 cup Parmesean cheese, adding lemon juice at the very end 2) Spread in pie/quiche pan 3) Top with 1/4 cup Parmesean cheese 4) Bake at 350F for 25 minutes
