Ingredients
- 1 12-oz can Artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesean cheese (divided)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Steps
1) Mix all but 1/4 cup Parmesean cheese, adding lemon juice at the very end
2) Spread in pie/quiche pan
3) Top with 1/4 cup Parmesean cheese
4) Bake at 350F for 25 minutes
