Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguini
  • 3/4 cup OJ (1 Tbs concentrate)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs chili sauce
  • 2 Tbs dark sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 Scallions, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced grated
  • 3 cups broccoli spears
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breast

Steps

1) Mix OJ, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili, garlic, ginger 2) Measure out 1/4 cup and set aside 3) Toss broccoli with 1/4 cup sauce 4) Toss chicken with 1/4 cup sauce 5) Cook linguini 6) Toss the rest of the sauce into the linguini along with scallion and carrot 7) Thread chicken & broccoli onto skewers, grill ~8 min
