Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bluefish fillets (with skin)
  • 3/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs chopped parsley

Steps

1) Put tuna greased pan 2) Mix remaining ingredients, and spread on top of fish 3) Bake fish at 450F, for 10 minutes for each inch thickness at the fillet's thickest part
