Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup scallion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp thyme
  • 2 5-oz fish fillet
  • parsley
  • 1/2 tsp lemon peel

Steps

1) Saute scallion, garlic, mushroom, salt, pepper, thyme 2) Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and salt 3) Spoon mushroom mixture over it, roll and secure with toothpick 4) Place in casserole 5) Sprinkle with lemon and parsley 6) Bake at 400F for 15 min
