Ingredients
- 4 4-oz salmon fillets
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 41/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 tsp brown sugar
Steps
1) Sprinkle both sides of fillets with salt and pepper
2) Cook salmon in skillet 10-15 minutes over medium heat, turning once, until fish flakes easily with fork
3) Remove
4) Mix water, vinegar, lemon juice, and brown sugar
5) Pour into skillet and boil until reduced to about 1/3 cup
6) Serve over salmon
