Ingredients
- 16 oz can salmon (no skin, bones)
- 1/2 cup mashed potato
- 1 Tbs Lemon juice
- 1 scallion
- dill
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
Steps
1) Drain salmon
2) Add potato, lemon, scallion, dill, salt & pepper
3) Shape into patties and coat with wheat germ
4) Saute in Pam-sprayed pan until brown (5 min)
5) Turn, brown other side (5 min)
