Ingredients

  • 16 oz can salmon (no skin, bones)
  • 1/2 cup mashed potato
  • 1 Tbs Lemon juice
  • 1 scallion
  • dill
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ

Steps

1) Drain salmon 2) Add potato, lemon, scallion, dill, salt & pepper 3) Shape into patties and coat with wheat germ 4) Saute in Pam-sprayed pan until brown (5 min) 5) Turn, brown other side (5 min)
