Ingredients

  • 1 lb perch fillets
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • Pepper
  • 1/3 cup skim milk

Steps

1) Combine bread, cheese, and spices 2) Dip fillets in milk and roll in crumbs 3) Place in lightly oiled baking pan 4) Bake at 450F 8-10 minutes until opaque and fish flakes easily
