Ingredients
- 1 lb perch fillets
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbs parsley
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- Pepper
- 1/3 cup skim milk
Steps
1) Combine bread, cheese, and spices
2) Dip fillets in milk and roll in crumbs
3) Place in lightly oiled baking pan
4) Bake at 450F 8-10 minutes until opaque and fish flakes easily
