Ingredients

  • Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
  • 11/2 cup coconut (divided)
  • 8 oz can Cream of Coconut
  • Cool Whip

Steps

1) Make cake mix as directed, folding in 1 cup coconut to the batter 2) Pour into 9x13 pan and bake as directed 3) While cake is hot, poke holes in it with a fork, and pour an Cream of Coconut over it (stir well before using) 4) Frost cake with cool whip, and sprinkle with remaining coconut 5) Refrigerate
