Ingredients

  • 11/2 lb swordfish or salmon steaks
  • 1 Tbs oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbs Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp dill
  • 2 tsp grated lemon peel

Steps

1) Sautee garlic in small pan 2) Add lemon juice and dill 3) Sprinkle steaks with salt & pepper 4) Baste with lemon garlic sauce 5) Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 3 minutes 6) Turn, baste, and broil 3-4 minutes more 7) Sprinkle with lemon peel
