Ingredients
- 6 oz uncooked vermicelli noodles
- 6 oz fresh or imitation crab
- 4 oz cooked medium shrimp
- 1 cup diagonally sliced yellow squash
- 1 cup diagonally sliced zucchini
- 1 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs minced fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbs Lime juice
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp Grated lime peel
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Steps
1) Cook noodles
2) Drain and rinse well under cold water until cool
3) Mix crabmeat, shrimp, squash and zucchini in medium bowl
4) Mix vinegar, soy sauce, cilantro, lime juice, sesame oil, ginger, lime peel and cinnamon in small bowl
5) Pour over vegetable mixture, tossing to coat evenly
6) Serve over noodles
