Ingredients

  • 6 oz Yogurt
  • 2 Tbs fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp Canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled
  • 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt
  • Cayenne

Steps

1) Spoon yogurt onto several layers of paper towel, spreading to 1/2 inch thickness 2) Cover with additional paper towel, and let stand 5 minutes 3) Scrap into bowl 4) Stir in chopped cilantro, cover and refrigerate 5) Sautee garlic 1 minute 6) Add shrimp, garam masala, salt, cayenne 7) Cook 6 min or until shrimp done 8) Serve with yogurt sauce
