Ingredients
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs fresh dill
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp celery flakes
- Pepper
- 16 oz salmon steaks
Steps
1) Preheat oven to 500F
2) Spray pan with Pam, and put it in the oven to heat
3) Mix all but salmon
4) Spread half on salmon
5) Put salmon on hot pan, mustard side down
6) Roast 5 minutes
7) Cover with remaining mustard and turn, roasting 3 minutes more or until done
