Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb fish (talapia, flounder, etc)
  • Sauce
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 2 Tbs fresh dill
    • 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1.5 Tbs Dijon
    • 1 clove garlic, pressed
    • 2 cup greek yogurt

Steps

1) Place in sprayed baking dish with 2 Tbs water 2) Bake at 400F for 12-15 min 3) Mix sauce ingredients 4) Serve fish tipped with sauce
