Ingredients
- 1.5 lb fish (talapia, flounder, etc)
- Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tbs fresh dill
- 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1.5 Tbs Dijon
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 cup greek yogurt
Steps
1) Place in sprayed baking dish with 2 Tbs water
2) Bake at 400F for 12-15 min
3) Mix sauce ingredients
4) Serve fish tipped with sauce
