Ingredients

  • 1 6-oz can crabmeat, flaked
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs, divided
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbs chopped scallion
  • 2 Tbs chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbs plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbs brown mustard
  • 1/2 Tbs Lemon juice
  • garlic powder
  • Cayenne

Steps

1) Mix crab, 3 Tbs bread crumbs, egg, scallion, pepper, yogurt, mustard, lemon, and garlic powder 2) Divide into 4 balls, and roll in remaining bread crumbs 3) Flatten to 1/2" thickness 4) Cook in skillet or griddle for 3- 4 minuts on each side, until golden brown 5) Have substituted fresh Krab, finely chopped
