Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- 1 Tbs Lemon juice
- 1 Tbs Lemon rind
- 1 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 lb cod fillets
- 1/2 cup packaged bread crumbs
- parsley
Steps
1) Combine yogurt, lemon juice, lemon rind, and Parmesan cheese
2) Place fish in lightly greased shallow baking pan
3) Top with yogurt mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs
4) Bake 10 minutes per inch of thickness of the fish at 425F
5) Garnish with parsley
