Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 pound top sirloin
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 11/2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Steps
1) Heat oil in skillet
2) Season steak with salt and pepper
3) Cook about 4 minutes on each side
4) Remove from pan
5) Add wine to skillet
6) Boil, scraping up any brown bits
7) Add mustard and Worcestershire
8) Cook 1 minute
9) Slice steak and pour sauce over it
