Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 pound top sirloin
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 11/2 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Steps

1) Heat oil in skillet 2) Season steak with salt and pepper 3) Cook about 4 minutes on each side 4) Remove from pan 5) Add wine to skillet 6) Boil, scraping up any brown bits 7) Add mustard and Worcestershire 8) Cook 1 minute 9) Slice steak and pour sauce over it
