Ingredients
- 3 4-oz sirloins
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tbs parsley
- 2 Tbs panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs Lemon juice
- 1 Tbs capers
- 1 Tbs minced garlic
- 2 Tbs scallion
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Steps
1) Combine all but sirloins
2) Broil or grill meat 3-5 minutes per side
3) Place vegetable mixture over steak and continue to broil or grill 30 seconds more Serving Suggestion: Broccoli & garlic bread
