Ingredients

  • 3 4-oz sirloins
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbs parsley
  • 2 Tbs panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs capers
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • 2 Tbs scallion
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Steps

1) Combine all but sirloins 2) Broil or grill meat 3-5 minutes per side 3) Place vegetable mixture over steak and continue to broil or grill 30 seconds more Serving Suggestion: Broccoli & garlic bread
