Ingredients
- 1 lb skirt or flank steak
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1-2 cloves Garlic
- 1 15-oz can Tomatoes, diced, do not drain
- 3 Tbs Lime juice
- 2-3 Tbs Salsa
Steps
1) Cut steak in half, width wise
2) cook in frying pan for 4-5 min per side
3) Move to cutting board. Rub with salt & pepper
4) Combine remaining ingredients in skillet and cook 15 minutes

added 2 Tbs of mirin (or sweetener) to tomatoes
