Ingredients

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 4-oz steaks - beef tenderloin
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup shallots, diced
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbs Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs dry sherry
  • 2 Tbs fresh parsley

Steps

1) Heat skillet over med-high heat 2) Sprinkle steaks with salt & pepper 3) Add to pan, cook 4 min on each side 4) Remove and cover to keep warm 5) Melt butter in pan 6) Saute shallots, adding water as needed 7) Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 min 8) Spoon sauce over steaks, and sprinkle with parsley
