Ingredients

  • *1 tsp fresh thyme
  • *1 tsp fresh oregano
  • *1 tsp fresh parsley
  • *2 tsp Olive Oil
  • *1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • *1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Steps

1) Combine * ingredients in bowl 2) Sprinkle salt & pepper over steak 3) Heat oven-proof skillet, coat with cooking spray, then cook steak, 1 minute on each side until browned 4) Add wine & broth & cook 1 minute more 5) Spread lemon herb mixture over steak 6) Bake at 400F for 10 minutes 7) Let stand 10 minutes before cutting 8) Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices 9) Drizzle with pan drippings
