Ingredients
- 11/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 3/4 cup Oatmeal
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Steps
1) Combine all column ingredients, and press into 4x8 inch loaf pan
2) Bake 1 hour at 350F
3) Drain
4) Let stand 5 minutes
