Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak
- Marinade:
- 1 Tbs fresh ginger
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbs oil
- 1/2 Tbs Chinese rice wine
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Sauce:
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs parsley
- 1 Tbs water
- 1/2 Tbs Chinese rice wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1/2 tsp chili
Steps
1) Cut crosshatch pattern 1/4 inch deep and 1" apart in steak
2) Marinade overnight
3) Grill
4) Mix sauce
5) Serve over steak
