Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • Marinade:
  • 1 Tbs fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbs oil
  • 1/2 Tbs Chinese rice wine
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs parsley
  • 1 Tbs water
  • 1/2 Tbs Chinese rice wine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp chili

Steps

1) Cut crosshatch pattern 1/4 inch deep and 1" apart in steak 2) Marinade overnight 3) Grill 4) Mix sauce 5) Serve over steak
