Ingredients

  • 4 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon

Steps

1) Combine broccoli, water, onion, salt and pepper 2) Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes; stir 3) Microwave 1 minutes longer or until broccoli almost tender 4) Drain 5) Stir in butter until melted 6) Stir tarragon into sour cream, then stir into broccoli 7) Cover and let stand 5 minutes
