Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs Canola oil
  • 2 cup snow peas
  • 2 cup julienned shitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup julienned red bell pepper
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Steps

1) Sautee 5 minutes, until vegetables just begin to soften
