Ingredients

  • 1/2 # fresh green beans
  • 1/2 sm sweet red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1 Tbs lemon rind strips
  • 1 Tbs Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (toasted)

Steps

1) Slice pepper into rings 2) Cook beans, peppers, and basil in boiling water until just done 3) Toss in lemon rind, lemon juice, and sesame seeds
