Ingredients
- 21/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 11/2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbs honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 tsp grated orange rind
Steps
1) Cook carrots 20 minutes covered with boiling water, or until tender
2) Toss in remaining ingredients
