Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs oil
- 11/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Steps
1) Use a small "1/4 cup" batter for each pancake
2) Serve with syrup or jam
