Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 1 Tbs oil
  • 11/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Steps

1) Use a small "1/4 cup" batter for each pancake 2) Serve with syrup or jam
