Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 2 tsp Canola oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp (1/2 t) ginger (fresh)

Steps

1) Microwave broccoli and water covered for 2 minutes on high 2) Drain 3) Stir-fry broccoli in oil 6-7 minutes 4) Add garlic, soy sauce, ginger 5) Stir- fry 1-2 minutes more, until broccoli is crisp-tender
